I loved Dean Friedman back in the 70s, but I confess I've never heard this track. My favourite of his was 'Ariel'.

In the mid-90s Gaby Roslyn, who presented The Big Breakfast on TV along with Chris Evans, confessed her love for Dean Friedman, which prompted thousands of listeners (mostly women) to contact the show. Gaby was surprised one day by the delivery of a huge box, inside which was Dean Friedman, following which they duetted on Lucky Stars.

By this time he was retired from performance, working as a music professor in upstate NY, but his appearance on The Big Breakfast revived his career in the UK and he still tours from time to time.
