It's a Song Lyrics game thread →[More:]There's a couple of gimmes in there.

I repeated #8 to myself twenty times and I still can't figure it out. I KNOW that damn lyric, and I know it's a song I like, but I can't even get a gauge on what era it is. I think my problem was that I started reading the lyrics while something else was playing.

#5 is Devil Town. I'm pretty sure the original was written/done by Daniel Johnston, but the Bright Eyes cover is most well known.

#10 must be Burning Down the House by the Talking Heads.
