Previously unknown Chicago street photographer Vivian Maier... Amazing story. Thanks to those of you whom I stole this from on FB...you know who you are! ;) Couldn't resist sharing more widely. Excellent tale.

Well, I'm glad it was re-posted, I missed it the first go-around. I also didn't see it on Metafilter or realize there was an actual Metafilter connection!
