TheDonF and I are now in Portland, after almost two months on the road. We're staying with friends (in a huge, gorgeous house), job hunting, apartment hunting, and bopping around town.

What's been happening? Two of my favourite friends left the UK, that's what happened. I miss them, but wish them so much happiness in their new Portland-y life.

I suspect that by this time next year TheDonF will have consumed so many Voodoo donuts that he'll have to wash himself with a rag on a stick.
