I enjoy the kitchy fun of the Partridge Family (I currently have 4 P-Family albums on my MP3 player), but my love of "I Can hear Your Heartbeat" is 100% kitch/irony free. It's a song I never tire of. Especially that little wah wah riff on the break.

I loved the Partridge Family. I bought like 7 albums, I joined the fan clubs (there was a separate one for David), I had posters on my walls, I had a letter printed in Tiger Beat magazine. It was my first big pop culture obsession.
