One of my favorite bands ever, Unrest have reunited and they played a set at WFMU. Free Music Archive has 9 MP3s available for download.
What a coincidence! I was sitting here poking around the tubes for something about my partner's old band, and in a thing about Los Marauders I find something about how they opened for Unrest and got a record deal with Teenbeat. Never heard of them, and here they are twice. Weird.
The lead guy in Unrest founded Teenbeat and also did much of the artwork for the label's releases, so I bet your partner will know or at least know OF Unrest. :)
