Quick help with CSS! This should be simple but I can't figure out the search term! Bonus: you will be helping poor people with HIV/AIDS in Africa.[More:]
I have a div that needs to contain an image slideshow and a block of text below it. So ultimately three divs, right? A main one, one for the slideshow, and one for the text. Except the text is showing up at the top of the main div, below the slideshow so you can't see it, and I can't figure out how to force it underneath.

I have provided illustrations (NSFW text) to show you what I mean. What I want. What's actually happening.

I am working directly with an African leader to help her people in Zambia so by helping me with this question you are helping too!
try adding <br style='clear: both' /> before the markup for the text

Problem solved: Firas helped me in Twitter. Isn't he awesome?

(For future reference, adding a height attribute to the div containing the slideshow was what fixed it: <div style="height: 500px">)
