Kitty needs a new owner, who can deal with its understandable PTSD.

I wouldn't want to be anywhere near that kitty once his collar is taken off. Blood will flow.

Towards the end of her life, I actually used to put baby onesies on my last cat Evie. But that was because she had a feeding tube coming out of her side, and the onesie would keep the tube by her side and preventing her from getting it caught on stuff when she walked around. It was the vet's idea actually. So conceivably, something similar is going on with this cat.

Poor cat. I'd guess he's had abdominal surgery or a wound that he's chewed at, hence the collar and the jammies.
