If you are a fan of Mad Men and haven't been reading Tom and Lorenzo's posts on the fashions of Mad Men, you really should. Lots of interesting character insights.
Yes, I love the way they talk about the clothes. You know, there are people who talk about Mad Men from the plot point of view, and there are people who talk about Mad Men from the visual point of view. I like the plots, yeah, but it's the visual that gets me all high. As high as you can get when you've never done drugs, anyway . . . .
I've pretty much been using this as a style guide for a long time now. (You know how hard those clipped square ties are to find! No not re-creatios! real ones! )
