Oh, some real "penicillin-resistant nostalgia" there... "Grins&Smiles&Giggles&Laughs" the cereal shaped like a Happy Face, "Toast-Ems" the early competitor to Pop Tarts I ALWAYS liked better (you young'uns don't know what you missed), "Monster Vitamins" competitor for the Flintstones, "Gaines Burgers" which I fed my childhood dog, and the 7 Cents Off coupon, when 7 cents was worth something!
"Pay What You Punch" ... when I was a young girl, and my father took me to go visit the grandparents in Maine, a local soda shop had this same promotion. I must have been about 5 or 6 and it's one of the earliest things I remember. I was so excited, I scratched all the foil off all the nubmers.
