DEVO performing "Girl U Want" & "Gates of Steel" on the show "Fridays" in 1980.
I wouldn't be who I am without this music.

I love the music and I loved Fridays. It was always uneven but it had far more edge and energy than SNL did by then. This post made me look up this and this from It's Only Rock and Roll, the best show I was ever involved with.
