I invent dishes every time I go to the store and combine whatever is on sale.

One dish of which I am quite proud is finely julienned ginger and carrots (sauted fast in just a bit of peanut oil and an extremely hot skillet) served on a broiled pineapple ring (not quite burned). I personally don't like carrots, but the people for whom I have prepared this rave about it.

Not a food exactly, but... you've heard of vitamins in vodka? Well, how about vodka and viagra? Aka, "Viadka". To lift one's spirits, so to speak.

I think it's got potential.
