"Pensioners' playground" with exercise machines for over-60s opens in Hyde Park, London today. However, under-60s will not be turned away.
I heard about this and immediately was like "why not younger people too?" Maybe not the boring exercise machines, but I've always thought there should be climbers and slides and things like that built for adults.

Definitely! I did the Tate Modern slides: they were fun and really popular.

On an extremely tangential note, I am under 60, but for the past few years I have gotten the senior discount at movies, which is considerable. No 22yo slacker behind the glass has ever carded me, and none will.

Next time you're out this way we should take you to the Esmeralda slide. (Remember a couple of years ago when I was looking for a flat for my parents? The place I found them was just a few houses down.)
