I really don't feel like going to yoga class today. Should I go anyway? I've already paid for the class, but it's only $4.
Are you feeling sick, or not sufficiently recovered from previous exercise efforts? Those are good reasons to skip it.

But if it's just a "fuck it, can't be bothered" kind of thing, go anyway. That kind of feeling only gets worse from lack of activity.

It's mostly a "can't be bothered" feeling, it's been a long day and I was looking forward to going home until I remembered I had that stupid class. I need to be sure not to take this instructor again next quarter. OK, fine, I'll probably go.

You will not regret it. That's how I get myself to go to the gym: I never, ever regret it. Oh, except when I hurt my back like three weeks ago and now can't go to the gym per doctor's orders. But that's the exception.

I find that not going is a horrible feedback loop. If I don't go even once, it makes it progressively harder to go back as I continue to not go.
