As I noted in the post on the blue, I've been writing humorous content for msn sites on-and-off since 2003 and had never seen this. Maybe if I had, I'd have sold more bits...

Eide I would print out their dope competency wheel [pdf link] but it's abstract enough to be totally useless as a personal tool.
