Smoosh-faced cats are extra smart. I love how the kitten is watching like an apprentice.
What weird noises that cat makes.

Hehe... it sounds just like Kayla, our smoosh-faced cat. Who assures us we WON'T be up against the wall when the snoutless revolution comes, but I'm not sure I believe her.

BoPo, I knew you'd appreciate this! Smooshie sounds like this cat, too. Their smooshed faces probably effect their voices.

There are studies that show that most animals, but cats in particular, learn better by watching another cat/animal be taught/do a trick.

I think that little cat was just mad not to be getting any treats/dinner! At least by the third time.

He had a lot of self-control, though. He never went for the treats.

Which is why he should have gotten to get one. :)

Hee. That last shot at the end where you just get a little glimpse of a little smooshy face in a box made me go "Eeeeee!" out loud.

I love cats, but these smoosh-faced ones make me sad about human intervention in such radical (and icky) selective breeding. Poor ugly little mutants, it wasn't their fault!!!

When my 2 cats are together, the little one knows that treats belong to the big one and she won't go for them.

Also, note the clicker training - very effective in doing behavioral stuff with cats cause it.s all positive reinforcement.
