I can't be the only person who wants to do a Tom Waitsian cover of "And Then he Kissed Me" ? Right?

Now that you mention it, I want it very much. I also want a country music version of Private Dancer (sung by a male, of course). I've wanted that for years and years. For some reason, I think it would make a very good, very well-structured, country song.

Many of us would love to hear it, but not many want to DO it (which applies to a lot of things).

But many of us would also love to hear the Fiddling Beaver cover some Who songs that aren't CSI themes. And as long as I'm talking about music in Super Bowl commercials, I'd like to drop 24-packs of Dr Pepper Cherry (one of the bestest soda pops) onto the Little KISS midgets and waterboard Cheap Trick until they admit it was a really bad idea to change "Dream Police" to "Green Police".

And yes, that includes MetaChat Rock & Roll Mascot Bun E. Carlos...
