Tonight I made gaspode's bacon, avocado, and cheddar muffins! Yum!

But a question for gaspode... Should I have let them brown more on top? I baked them for 15 minutes and I was worried about letting them go for any longer.

Now hubby wants those. They look so good. Maybe I'll make them to go with the baked potato soup we're having tonight. How do they taste?

Hey amro, I dunno about the browning. Mine brown a little more than that, but as long as they taste OK, y'know? Maybe put a little bit of melted butter on top?

Kangaroo, I might try them with a bit less baking powder than the recipe calls for, but other than that - delish!!
