A request for our MetaChat radio DJs! →[More:] Do us a favor: when you post an announcement for a radio show, link to the MetaRadio info page at http://metaradio.info/ instead of directly to Loudcity. This'll keep our broadcast calendar visible to listeners as well as DJs, gives us a place to make small, radio-related announcements and notes, etc. Also, it'll keep everyone's bookmarks consistent in case our radio setup were to change in the future, or if Loudcity were to reformat their URLs.

I don't think we ever specified this, so this isn't meant to scold anybody, just to get us all on the same page. Thanks! And keep up the awesome tuneage!

Glad you brought it up; I thought it was the preferred method, but went with the crowd when I saw the other link being used more... we do seem to have a problem with Twitter links dropping the o in .info; maybe some other re-direct may be needed to deal with the twits.

Linking the tweets to the posts would also help mitigate folks' concerns about content making its way from Mecha to Twitter, I think.

Um, folks' concerns that content will show up only on Twitter rather than on Mecha, that is. If folks even still have those concerns, or ever did. I'm still waking up.
