Lambchop is a band from Nashville that I like, a lot. If you've never heard of them, or if you have but haven't heard their music, here are some songs to get you started.

Their music is not-quite country, sort of loungy, very off-kilter. It reminds me of Sunday hangovers, rainy days, and (often) the 1970s, esp. when I used to ride in my granddad's car while he played the radio.
Lambchop's discography is pretty large (11 albums, plus some EPs and one-offs) and their music is so quiet, slow, and weird, that some folks find them a little daunting at first. So, here are a few of my favorites, that I hope you'll like.
I'm A Stranger Here
Paperback Bible
Gettysburg Address (possibly my favorite Lambchop song)
National Talk Like A Pirate Day
Magnificent Obsession
Your Fucking Sunny Day
Up With People
Beers Before The Barbican
Is A Woman (video)
The Butcher Boy
This Corrosion (Sisters of Mercy cover)
