grumble, grumble..fuckin' Giants...c'maaaan!

The Ravens are killing me this season. They could have been so easily 6-0 instead of 3-3 and all of their games have been lost in the last seconds.

New England - Tennessee is so awful that CBS is switching over to another game after a couple of minutes of the third quarter.

52 - 0!

I'm sort of suprised at the suckitude of Washington, and today of Seattle. I'm curious to see what happens tonight, and in the Monday night game.

Of all weeks to be going against Tom Brady in our league. GAH!

Yes.... CBS switched over to my Buffalo Bills vs. the New York Jets. It was 13-3 at halftime and it appeared my hapless Bills were on their way to another defeat. Their starting quarterback out injured after a promising start, and they just didn't look like they were going to get off the carpet.

But the defense had six (SIX!) interceptions and the backup QB, a rookie in his first action rallied the Bills for a tie and even moved them into position for a game-winning field goal as time expired.

In echos of their first Super Bowl loss, it was wide right and they went to overtime. Both teams seemed to want to give the game away. The Jets finally succeeded, and the Bills won on a longish field goal in overtime.

I want to get excited about this, but I keep looking at the opportunities the Bills squandered and I think it comes down to their coach. He puts a reasonably good team out on the field, but when game day comes, he just doesn't make good decisions.

Love the team. Hate the coach.

Oops. Not a rookie QB, but he was a perennial backup in his fifth season.

Well, the Stillers suck pretty bad this year but they keep playing much worse teams so their record doesn't look too bad. They look terrible on the field though.

Yeah, but the Stillers killed San Diego last week, the pre-season anointed team. What does that say about San Diego I guess...

Oh, another thing: love the year-long throwback thing happening. The Denver Broncos should totally go back to the yellow-brown jerseys - they look fucking fierce.

And the Pats old jerseys are way more cool than this weirdo silver triangle logo thing they've got now.

Fucking Bears.

Oh, cmon, the Bears have that franchise QB now! Oh. Yeah.

I for sure want some of them throwback broncos socks.

I also love the throwback thing, and the pink stuff. It's a fun season for uniforms.

Also, as the person who played Tom Brady against sisterhavana this week, I'm thrilled to have finally picked the right quarterback for a change. (It's also the first week Maurice Jones-Drew performed above expectations. Good week for the Box Turtles.)

I like the Denver throwbacks as well. They actually look older than 1960, almost like the AFL was trying to make themselves look like the 1930s NFL or something.

I totally think the Bills' original unis are their best evar.
