Anyone else having trouble logging in to ATT/yahoo mail? →[More:]I have email accounts with both yahoo.com and sbcglobal.net. I've been able to log in to both of them today and tonight. But now, in the past hour, whenever I try to log on, the page just refreshes and prompts for my account/password again. Is anyone else experiencing this?

- caps/numbers lock isn't on
- I know for a fact that the password is correct because I've even typed it out in Wordpad just to make sure I wasn't mistyping it when I entered it
- the reason I'm logging on multiple times (i.e. not saving my login info is) that my own computer is dead and so scodyboy and I are sharing his computer. So we're both logging on/off our own accounts throughout the day.

Oh, and we're running firefox 3.5.1 on a PC. Haven't changed anything all day in terms of settings, cookies, etc. Literally, it was fine a few hours ago, and now it's not. GAH!

Interestingly, I just tried it using the wrong password on purpose -- which prompts the actual "invalid password or ID" message. There's no message when I use the correct password... the page just refreshes.

I just logged out of my Yahoo mail and was able to log back in fine (also using Firefox).

I haven't had any problems such as you're describing. But I have had the service crap out on me and crash my browser.

I've had more problems with them in the last four months, since they tried to install that Chat/Mobile Text function, than I had in the previous eight years.

yeah, that has been total pain, hasn't it? It frequently makes things freeze up or slow down painfully.

Well, whatever it is, it appears to be a mysterious Firefox problem... I can get to my webmail fine using IE, though it had been so long since we'd used it that we had to upgrade to whatever the new version is.
