That's a really sick turtle.

If it's even alive, that is. It's certainly overfed.

It's pink coloration could be an albino thing, but probably is a nutritional problem. But that's a lot of bloat there.

I hope I'm wrong, and there's a turtle somewhere that's supposed to look like that, but that thing looks really sick or maybe dead. Miserable, anyway.

And I thought it was a mole sticking it's nose out of the anus of an uncooked chicken. I think I'll move over to the porky albino turtle camp - there are less questions that way.

I think it's trying to hide inside its shell. I don't think that will do much good, though: it looks like it might be an (albino) species of soft-shelled turtle.

A turtle pooping out a baby badger?

That picture inspired one word in my mind: Shrinkage.

I used to work at a restaurant that made homemade Snapper Soup. That's kind of what the turtle looked like right after they'd scrubbed the hell out of it before butchering it.
A well-scrubbed turtle is surprisingly pinky white. (I always hated the turtle-killin' days.)
