Jesus Got a Copter! The future Mr. Cupcakes and I were on our way to my dad's house this weekend and saw this strange work of "art" at a Baptist church nearby. →[More:]It's hard to see in the pic, but it's made out of plywood. There was no explanation offered.

Of course, coming from the deep south, FMC launched into his best preacher character* voice:
YEEAHZZA!!!
The lord Jesus! He loves this Earth-AH! YES! He loves it so much-ah that he made a copter, and IT RUNS ON FAITH-AH!! THAT'S RIGHT! HE LOVES THE WUUURLD! HE DON'T LOVE GAS-O-LIN-AH!! HE'S GREEN-AH! AND THIS HIS COPT-AH IT RUNS ON FAITH! AN' IT TAKES HIM STRRRAIGHT UP TO HEAVEN-AH!!
AY-UH MEN-AH BROTHAHS AND SISTAHS-AH!!!

I love that man :D

*tried to find a video of the Preacher Character from Kids in the hall, but to no avail

It sort of looks like a Coast Guard helicopter, but yeah, I'm thinking this is Our Lord and Savior's Personal Transport.
