This guy shops in my store a lot. →[More:] He even made us this homemade plaque thing saying how great we are and all that shit. he's nuttier than ratshit at the Planter's factory, but he's harmless. But if he gets $5k from the government, I figure I'm worth at least $50k.

I'll be by the mailbox waiting.

Guys like this are one of the big reasons I loved NYC during my 11-year residence there.

On the other hand, if he'd thrown paint on me, he would've been one of the reasons I hated NYC during my 11-year residence there.

And that's my feelings about NYC in a nutshell, right there. It really is a love/hate place.
