Moved into base housing today. I have a kitchen for the first time since I joined the Navy.→[More:]They moved a bunch of sailors from my class out of the barracks this week. I got a house on base with three other single sailors. It´s a four-bedroom ranch house with brick on the outside. I got the master bedroom because I pay for the Internet service. Rent turned out to be competitive with off-base apartments in the area, and all utilities are included. I´m so glad to be out of the barracks.
