My friend just played Bowie's Saint in the City on her radio show a couple weeks ago...I sat there listening, thinking, "Is this? It can't be can it? YES IT IS" and was totally wowed.

I also really love Bowie's cover of White Light/White Heat and "Across the Universe" as well.

I was sort of meh on "Saint in the City" but "Growing up" was great.
