(That said, we have kept our tenants informed, even the ones we're evicting, and in our state tenants are served with the papers at the same time. For instance, I received papers for my dad at their house as his Power of Attorney, then the guy figured out that I was also "unknown tenant at" one of the rentals. I wasn't on the papers, so they must have used some kind of reverse directory.)

The impression I get is that site has a bit of lag by as much as a month or two. Conversely, the courts are so bogged down with foreclosures, that the entire process could take as long as nine months.
