Jackhammer Operators of the Five Boroughs: Leave Me Alone Already!→[More:] Tuesday and Wednesday you were tearing up 12th Street in Manhattan directly outside my job all day. I take a mental health day and you're banging away in the alley across 27th Street in Queens. I get it, you're loud. So loud that you can compete with Black Sabbath at peak volume. Sheesh! Now, STFU.

*storms off with bottle of bourbon*

They're re-doing all the sidewalks on the main street right behind our house right now so I hearing it too. As a bonus PennDOT is going to start redoing the paving on that street next week. At work, they're widening Carson street right in front of our offices and apparently redoing all of the plumbing and sewers while the streets open so I can listen to it at work too.
