More "Pr0tlandfilter"*... Has anyone here ever done the Portland Walking tours "Beyond Bizarre" tour before? Any first or second hand opinions to share?

I am taking my mom to Portland for Mother's Day weekend and this sounds like just the thing to do (yeah, we are an Addams Family kind of family), but the reviews I have read are very "love it or hate it".
