Did I piss off Mother Nature or something? I thought the whole point of returning to Canada in April from Vietnam was to avoid snow....? *scratches head*

Well, if you did piss her off can you make nice to her? Seriously, I was in a t-shirt and sandals on yesterday and today I had a white-knuckled drive in white-out conditions with four inches of partially cloudy to shovel off my drive. That shit ain't right.

My hometown is the snowiest capital city in the world (Ottawa), so snow in April is not unusual there either. However, I just returned from spending 3 months in Vietnam so having to wear all these layers and worry about the traction on the soles of your boots is something I forgot about these last few months! :)

And the salt! Salt on your jacket where you brushed against some car, salt on the hems of your jeans, salt on your lovely red leather boots that were really stupid for Ottawa winters but were all you had to wear. Yeah, I'd be pissed if I were you.
