Do you like fancy dress? My favourite costume is a pirate outfit on the top and clown shoes on the bottom, but you can wear whatever you want.

My favorite fancy dress is pajama tops with overalls and miner boots from LL Bean. Or to look as much like this guy as I can on a daily basis.

This is fascinating!

If this were in my town, I'd take a couple people and a camera and a digital recorder and meet up with him on one of his proposed outings. The camera and recorder to document who he is and what he's about. The other people in case he's a nutter.
