Looks like the fish but all effort into the stripes and little into obtaining some sort of motor skills...

Poor hapless fish, bumbling along in the coral, so pretty and orange. The way it uses its fins makes them look somewhat arm-like and makes anthropomorphizing easy, so when it bumped the coral, I thought Ouch, that hurt! I'll be a little more careful next... oof! That'll leave a mark!

Cute fish.

Maybe the bouncing around is part of the "chunk of loose coral, anemone, or whatever kind of sea debris I resemble" disguise.
