Thanks, y'all. Usually somebody makes a post or comment here when the site is down, and I was beginning to wonder if it just sucked to be me.

And - naturellement - I have both a newly posted Mefi fpp (fresh! today!), and a giant-ass askme answer that I'm waiting to post. So it probably is my fault. yes. no.

I noticed it in that I have had a "good" streak on AskMe because there have been some questions on the few things that I actually know something about.

So now the world is deprived of my knowlege and power, until the site comes back up. I hope that the world can muddle through somehow.

I didn't know we were supposed to care about MeFi here. MeFi has made me tired of it, and I think we can all move on from it. MeFi is NOT the center of the universe, but rather it's a collection of socially inept people displaying their self importance. There was a time when I was a part of that, but I've moved on. I see hope on my horizon, and so I ask you: can we move beyond blue backed pages? The answer is obvious!
