I've had a pretty stressy time at work of late and ended up taking the last 1.5 days off + have a doctor's appointment on Monday, where I'm hoping I'll get signed, as I need a break. Which sucks, to say the least, but there you go. I need a new, more enjoyable, stimulating job, but in this climate, starting somewhere new is risky. So, uh, any ideas?
In other, better, news, I made this today: walnut bread. It is awesome! I used 2 tablespoons of honey in place of the recipe's content, but it still turned out great. You should make it now!
But, for now, I haz wine, Futurama on DVD and Specklet making pizza. We haz: goats' cheese, olives, garlic and thyme on one and onion, bell pepper and thick slices of chorizo on the other. We've had these pizzas for the last couple of weeks and they're wonderful. We eat them all up.
