So if you haven't already seen this, I gather that the backstory here is that this kid got his start on Youtube at 15, by posting a "response" Canon to funtwo (y'all remember funtwo, right? the asian kid in the baseball cap who played Pachelbel on an electric guitar).

Two years later he's getting national TV coverage and live solos of Hendrix covers at Hard Rock in Paris. And he apparently writes his own stuff, too.

I am not even really that much into Hendrix and I watched this all the way thru. Then watched it again, and now I'm listening to it while I post. the kid is good.
