Also, disclaimer: although the ones you'd get to see in Taronga Park Zoo are kyoot fwuffy widdle cwitters, in the wild they are, well, wild, with sharp claws that would do you a horrible injury if you got too close. The captive ones have been handled since birth by humans and so are used to it.

True... It's also actually weird seeing it drinking. Koala's don't really drink very much at all.

My friend lives on a farm, and he saw a Koala lazily wandering around in the middle of the crazy heatwaves last week. It was drunkenly standing on the tiles next to his house for a few seconds, before it realised just how hot those tiles were, and it scrambled off quick as could be.

I can't believe they're bears. Way too cute.

No way that's a Koala. It's a drop bear for sure.

They aren't really bears, scarabic, they're marsupials. Australia has really cornered the market in cute, teddy-like critters. Aussie possums are adorable.

It looks like the koala is drunk and throwing up in the toilet.

Which glasses/spectacls do you have--which would you recommend I'd buy? || Does anyone have a name that confounds expectations? Is it an asset or a liability?
