Looks like there's some trouble on the tubes though around Farringdon.

Further woes: my computer done blown up and the library bans Metachat under Profanity....

I won't be there. Stupid work. Stupid me not getting someone else to be back-up for on call. Stupid on call. Deal with your own problems, people - I want to hang out with my imaginary friends! Stupid work.

I just got back - it took me hours to drive there - damn those one-way systems round Clapton, Dalston and Hackney - but I finally got there. Apologies to the people I didn't get to talk to, but I had a lot of Specklet news to catch up with.

It's a great venue - and there aren't too many pubs that have a beer menu!
