Crickets are good luck! Good on you for not quashing it.

I had one living in my recording studio, right under the mixing desk. Despite what may sound like an extremely inopportune living arrangement for me, I never bothered to look for it, and actually loved knowing it was there.

But I'm one of those people.

We buy a couple dozen crickets every month to feed to our spider, sometimes she doesn't eat them for a few days and we get sung to for a while.
