Lovely shots all, this is a great thread. :) Love that gate Taz and Boringpostcards kittycat-stripey stripe! Lovely colors on that Gazebo tommasz.
I'd love to join, I have this great shot of the wee one in her knee-high striped socks in front of the gold-striped wallpaper, where she clearly poses just to show off her new rainbow-striped Hello Kitty socks, one leg out and half-kneeling and hands on her legs a la Beyonce in that single women video of hers. Thing is, like little kids do, she's only wearing her new socks and there's no way I'm posting that on the web. She was prancing around all day like that when we got them and I found it really funny. "Put some clothes on honey" - "I have socks!".. Okaaay.
OMG yes! And not just because of Logan's Run... I saw that movie when I was a kid, but I assumed it was all a set.
I learned about the water gardens in a college class about modern installation art, and as I said, I've wanted to visit it ever since. It was later when I realized, holy shit, that's where those scenes in Logan's Run were shot! :) For some reason that wasn't mentioned in the class.
I really really want to walk through there one of these days.
