I've been mentioning this one to lots of people lately. I really, really like Luscious Jackson's Let it Snow!.

I wasn't raised with any religion, and I still find the more religious songs tend to grate on my nerves. I think most of my Christmas-ness comes from 70s teevee specials and listening to Elvis' Blue Christmas 8-track in the station wagon while driving to my grandparents.

As I got older, and found usenet, one of my favourite things to do was to trawl for that cool Christmas cover...but most of you guys already know them all!

While shopping in the grocery store last week I was reminded that I love Aaron Neville's version of Please Come Home for Christmas.

Did Luscious Jackson do a whole Christmas album? I really like their version of Queen of Bliss which I have on my Christmas playlist.

My absolute favorite Christmas song is the Ramsey Lewis Trio Sound of Christmas album, start to finish.

My favorites are the old carols, too. I like how the Roches treat them.

My all time favorites are Nat King/Natalie Cole's "Christmas Song" and Sesame Street's "Keep Christmas With you".

All of Sarah McLachlan's xmas album is great.
