A thread for fibbing. →[More:]I would love to go to a three hour meeting on Friday afternoon, at the request of the project manager who can't quite explain why I'm needed, but anyway, he won't be there. I will be sure to pay attention and take copious notes and not spend the time thinking about the fact that I'm finally having some leave just as soon as I can escape. I'm sure this will be a productive exercise and definitely enhance shareholder value (which, just now, is the uppermost thing on my mind).

I'm all done with my Christmas shopping! I usually have it done in September. I make my list in January, snap up bargains all summer, and in December I can just sit back and enjoy the holiday season!

No really, I don't mind the insane amounts of work you're piling on me at 5 minutes to home time, on my LAST DAY OF WORK FOR THE YEAR!

I enjoy farting around in photoshop resizing images and changing hundreds of illegible links. No really. I do!
