Cotton blend sheets and pillowcases and duvets, oh my! A friend of a friend in Japan would like to purchase some twin-sized flat sheets, king-sized pillowcases, and duvet covers. All of them must be cotton blend - e.g., 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Can anyone suggest a place outside Japan that sells them and could ship them for a reasonable price?

Thanks much for your help!
Does it have to be outside Japan? Ikea has 100% cotton and 50% Tencel, 50% cotton sheets.

kelly,

Good question. The requester (who is Japanese) says that what is sold in Japan is not what she wants. She doesn't want something particularly good, either, but it absolutely cannot be 100% cotton. This is getting kind of absurd - she asked her friend, who asked me, who asked you....

Anyway, I'll pass on the Ikea suggestion.

failing amazon (I don't know how their rates go), I'd say ebay. Tons of sheets being sold, new, and most sellers that ship internationally say they charge the actual amount.

Thanks, kelly. Apparently amazon doesn't ship from the US. They ship to China, Mongolia, Thailand, and Cambodia, but don't list Japan.

Amazon has a .jp branch, maybe that works?

matteo,

I don't think they sell many sheets, but thanks.
