My friend showed me the Rhode Island one the other day.
I don't get it. What happens in 200 years, specifically to Rhode Island?

ooh, I've got one:

LOUISIANA
Not Quite as Bad as Mississippi

Because, at least when I lived there, on pretty much every ratings list for quality of life and education stuff, Louisiana was right around the bottom, but Mississippi was usually lower.
