Sunday Bike Ride. With pictures! And it was a perfect day for it too.→[More:] I found I couldn't get all the way to where I wanted to go as I had street tyres on the bike and some of the trails were looking dodgy. Here's about where the trails are on Google maps. I made it to the other side of Confederation Park and turned back, about a 16km/10mi round trip.
More information on the curiosity that was Crabtown is available here. There was no way down to the water that I could see, and there are railroad tracks between that point and the shore (not to mention a ton of bushes) anyway.
