I just heard a band singing "Galveston Flood" (the newly appropriate old song) and the guy on World Cafe said (I swear) it was a Winnipeg band named "The Ducks".

But I was driving, so I may be wrong. I can't find anything about them. Uh, linking to them was my plan here.
