"Feeney's lawyer, David Laudano, said he hadn't seen the judge's decision and couldn't comment."

That is just bogus.

My redheaded daughter dyed her hair black on purpose when she was in high school, decided she hated it and tried to redye with red again which simply made a big mess.

All you have to do is go to a stylist and get the color stripped out. Gah.

... to touch up her naturally blond hair.
.Um, I'm a non-hair-dying guy and have no hair anyway, but even I can see the flaw in that statement.

after apparently grabbing the wrong tube of hair color and dyeing her "naturally blond" hair a dark brown.

She tried to return her hair to its natural color but it remains brown, according to the suit.

This seems to be the crux of the lawsuit.

It's five frickin' years later ... most people start seeing roots in, what, 4-6 weeks? Since when has "permanent" hair color changed what comes out of your scalp?

My hairstylist sis-in-law couldn't stop laughing about this when I forwarded it to her. My stepdaughter dyed her hair black for two or three years, then wanted to return to her natural color. It took three strippings, but my SIL did it. So for this twit to complain that her hair is now "permanantly brown" means she's always been permanantly brown. Perhaps she's been "touching up" her "natural blonde hair" for so long that she forgot what her color really was. And as for "blondes really do have more fun", I beg to differ.
