How long does a manicure + pedicure take? I'm talking about at a nice salon, not someplace in the mall.
Probably one to two hours, depending on the level of service and the treatment. There are all kinds of pedicures and manicures. (Example here) Depending on soak time and different treatments (like foot masques and scrubs). There are quickie pedicures. Soak, buff, file, moisturize, polish. Then there are the elaborate "spa" pedicures. Soak, scrubs, masques, parafin treatments, etc.

Depends on if they have someone working on your fingernails while someone else is working on your toenails- that's a big time saver. Are you trying to plan for the day of your wedding?

Yeah, wedding stuff. I want the basics... Mom.... well... She means well, I guess.

oh and FFS, it's a bridal shower, not brain surgery. please stop calling me every day about it.

Ha!

At upscale-but-not-salon places, I budget an hour. But that assumes a simultaneous manicure and pedicure.

If I were you, though, I'd just call the place and ask.

Definitely call and ask. The place we went the morning of the last wedding I was in took FOREVER, there was like one nail technician working, I was certain we were going to be late to the ceremony.

Does a pedicure include a foot massage? What does maintenance mean (besides removal of thorns)?
