The anchor intro says it all... "Most of the time, criminals are out there committing crimes that are dangerous or even deadly." But not this guy, he got arrested for being buzzed and goofy. If pot was legal, the dealer would have laughed and said, "Are you sure?" or maybe, "What is that, 30 bucks worth?" and the game might well have gone on if the house took non-cash bets.

But instead he goes to jail, some high school bully in uniform gets to make fun of a guy who got too buzzed on his night off.

I like the way the cop is asking him about it at the end, and he's all, "I don't know what you're talking about," and the cop pushes the issue, saying he just watched a videotape of him trying to bet his nugs, and the suspect says, "Just close the car door."

He may be dumb, but that was a smart move. Cops try to get you to spill a lot of beans on the way to the hoosegow. Once they've decided to arrest you, it's best to clam up.
