Me, on a kayak, in the middle of Lake George in upstate New York. Still on vacation. That is all.
Neeto. Its literally been thirty years since I've been in a kayak. A local non-profit group rents out kayaks under the Clemente Bridge and I keep saying that I'm going to walk down and rent one. I need to just go do that.
Used to hang out at Bolton's landing. Ever go to that cliff where you jump 60 feet into the water, but you can't see the water until after you jump? Best watch someone else go first.
Bolton Landing is where we rented the kayaks. I didn't hear about that jump off point though.
Check MOFB in a week or so; I'll get more stuff up from my vacation. It's been great so far. Until then, just read my other posts.... such as this one.
As I recall the jumping place was across the lake from Bolton's Landing and to the left. I think one of the trees had a white ring painted on it as a marker. You climb up a path from the water, and stand on a rock, You see a tree down below you. You jump out over the tree and the water appears.
